Based in London, Vandana Harris is a Partner in the Firm’s Private Funds Practice. Vandana advises clients on the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds across a variety of investment strategies, including managed accounts and co-investment arrangements. She also advises clients on issues arising from domestic and international alternative investment transactions. Vandana has counseled institutional investors, as well as private equity sponsors, hedge funds, venture capital and impact funds on a broad range complex, cross-border transactions.

  • EQT Infrastructure V fund and its portfolio company, Reworld™, in an agreement to sell a 25% minority stake in Reworld™ to GIC via a combination of primary and secondary capital

Vandana advises clients on the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds across a variety of investment strategies, including managed accounts and co-investment arrangements. She also advises clients on issues arising from domestic and international alternative investment transactions. Vandana has counseled institutional investors, as well as private equity sponsors, hedge funds, venture capital and impact funds on a broad range complex, cross-border transactions.

Vandana’s recent work highlights include:

  • EQT Infrastructure V fund and its portfolio company, Reworld™, in an agreement to sell a 25% minority stake in Reworld™ to GIC via a combination of primary and secondary capital

Vandana provides a unique international perspective for her clients, having lived and worked in Kenya, the U.K. and the U.S. She received her LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law in 2006. Vandana received her LPC, with commendation, from the College of Law – London in 1995 and her LL.B., with upper class honors, from University of Bristol in 1993. She is admitted to practice in New York and England and Wales and has previously been admitted in the District of Columbia and Washington State (non-practicing).
