Simpson Thacher is firmly committed to the careers of our lawyers, including women lawyers. Our efforts focus on all aspects of lawyers’ talent life cycle and collaborations and support to relevant organizations in the legal community. Our partner-level Women’s Committee, in conjunction with our Women’s Advisory Council, which is composed of both associates and counsel, provides strategic direction for our Women’s Initiative efforts throughout the Firm.
