His recent experience includes the representation of:

  • JPMorgan and other lead arrangers in providing $1.8 billion in committed financing for the acquisition of the construction materials business of Stavola Holding Corporation by Arcosa, Inc.
  • Lead Arrangers in financings for Nordson Corporation’s acquisitions of Atrion Corporation, Polyusus Lux XX S.à r.l. and AgriTech Holding S.à r.l.
  • JPMorgan and other lead arrangers in providing senior secured financing to Everus Construction Group, Inc. in connection with its spin-off from MDU Resources Group, Inc.
  • KKR in numerous transactions including:

Robert has been with Simpson Thacher since he received his J.D. in 2016 from the University of Michigan Law School. He received his B.A. in 2011 from the University of Virginia. Robert is admitted to practice in New York.
