- Sixth Street in its strategic investment with GI Partners in Blue Stream Fiber to expand fiber-optic connectivity services
- MasMovil (including its shareholders) and the JV co-controlled by Orange and MasMovil in a $19 billion financing for the combination of MasMovil and Orange Spain
- Digital Colony and EQT Infrastructure in the $14.3 billion acquisition of Zayo
- Banks in the financing related to AT&T’s spin-off of WarnerMedia and subsequent combination of WarnerMedia with Discovery, Inc.
- KKR in its acquisition of Telefónica Chile’s wholesale fiber optic network
- Trial defense of Cisco and on appeal before the Federal Circuit and Supreme Court in patent litigation over Bluetooth technology
- Vodafone’s sale of its 45% interest in Verizon Wireless to Verizon Communications Inc. for $130 billion
