Based in our London office, Katie advises both users and providers of fund finance products across numerous investment strategies, implementing some of the most highly structured and complex facilities across the spectrum of fund finance products available in the market. Katie’s multifaceted practice—which includes advising on subscription financings, NAV and hybrid financings, secondaries financing structures, GP-support and co-invest facilities and back-leverage and preferred equity products—uniquely positions her to help clients achieve their specific commercial goals.

Widely recognized for her business acumen, Katie is consistently ranked by Chambers as one of the leading lawyers in banking and finance and fund finance, with clients describing her as “a sharp technical mind with a strong commercial awareness.” She was also recently recognized among Business Today’s “Top 10 Influential Mid-Market Banking and Finance Lawyers in London,” and has previously been named a “Hot 100: Dealmaker” by The Lawyer and a “Rising Star” in Private Equity by Law.com International.

Katie received her LPC from BPP University Law School, London in 2010. She received her LL.B. in 2008 from the University of Oxford, where she was awarded the Slaughter & May Prize for performance in Moderations, the Hertford College Scholarship and the Hertford College Book Prize for Jurisprudence. She is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
