Katie McMenamin is a Partner in the Firm’s Fund Finance Practice. Based in London, she advises borrowers across numerous fund strategies, as well as private credit lenders, on some of the most highly structured and complex facilities across the spectrum of fund finance products available in the market. Katie’s multifaceted practice—which includes advising on subscription financings, NAV and hybrid financings, secondaries, GP-support debt facilities and equity products—uniquely positions her to help clients achieve their commercial goals.

Katie received her LPC from BPP University Law School, London in 2010. She received her LL.B. in 2008 from the University of Oxford, where she was awarded the Slaughter & May Prize for performance in Moderations, the Hertford College Scholarship and the Hertford College Book Prize for Jurisprudence. She is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
