Katherine Draper is a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department and Securitization Practice. Kate’s practice encompasses securitizations involving many different types of asset classes, including digital infrastructure (such as data centers, cell towers and fiber networks), auto loans and leases, fleet leases, rental cars, whole-business securitizations and other esoteric assets. Kate represents both issuers and underwriters, as well as parties in acquisitions and other transactions in which securitizations are involved.
