Emma Serginson represents private equity and infrastructure sponsors, financial institutions and other lenders on cross-border infrastructure and leveraged acquisition finance transactions across a range of debt products and structures (including syndicated loans, multi-creditor platform transactions, private placements, public-to-private transactions, capex roll-outs and holdco/midco financing arrangements). She has extensive experience advising clients on cross-border financing arrangements across the healthcare, transportation, energy and energy transition, and digital infrastructure sectors.

Emma was named among the top 30 rising star finance lawyers most active on deals across EMEA in MergerLinks’ “Rising Stars” series. She has also spent time on secondment at the credit products legal team of JPMorgan in London.

  • Antin Infrastructure Partners on the acquisition financing of Pulsant Ltd; the refinancing of Sølvtrans and the DESS Group; the refinancing and group restructuring of Kellas Midstream; the financing of the Tolmount pipeline and ongoing advice in connection with the financing of the Hesley, Kisimul and Roadchef portfolio assets

Emma earned her LPC from the University of Law, London in 2011 and received an LLB from Manchester University in 2010. She is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
