Switch’s $2.4 billion CMBS Financing

The Firm represented Switch in connection with the $2.4 billion CMBS issuance of data centers located in Nevada. This represents Switch’s inaugural CMBS issuance and is the largest green data center CMBS transaction and the second largest data center CMBS transaction in history.

Switch is a leading owner, developer, and operator of next generation data centers for AI, Cloud and Enterprise workloads. Switch’s operation of Data Centers in Reno, Nevada is expected to be the world’s largest colocation data center campus.
