Simpson Thacher is representing funds managed by Blackstone Tactical Opportunities with the announced €1.3 billion refinancing of their existing strategic investment in Superbet Group. The refinancing will be made in partnership with certain funds and accounts managed by HPS Investment Partners. The refinancing will support the Superbet Group’s growth in new markets such as Brazil, M&A optionality and further investment in innovative technologies.
Superbet Group is a multi-channel sports betting and gaming entertainment provider, operating globally under three commercial brands.
