Simpson Thacher is representing Salute, a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, in connection with its acquisition of Keysource. Closing of the acquisition is expected at the beginning of Q2 2025 and is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
Keysource is a provider of sustainable data centre solutions and strategic advisory services in the EMEA region. The acquisition will enhance Salute’s operations and strengthen Salute’s ability to support the rapid change in advanced technology for data centre operations across Europe.
