Simpson Thacher represented funds managed by CVC Credit and Tikehau Capital in connection with the investment by IK Partners in BOMA. The acquisition and funding under the facilities closed on October 30, 2024.

The company has an extensive product portfolio which ranges from hygiene paper, disposable materials, detergents and disinfectants to cleaning equipment, including scrubber-dryers and robotics.
