  • CPDQ, Macquarie and others on a unitranche financing for Yellow Hive, a portfolio company of IK Partners

She advises lenders, global investment management firms, private capital providers and private equity sponsors on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, unitranche facilities, holdco PIK financings, recapitalizations, leveraged financings, debt capital structures and other lending transactions. 

Eline was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Legal 500 in Banking, Finance and Capital Markets from 2021 through 2024.

She received her LL.M., summa cum laude, from University of Ghent Law School in 2016, during which she participated in an International Exchange at University of Miami School of Law. She received her LL.B., cum laude, from University of Ghent in 2014.
