LLC and several other underwriters in connection with a registered offering by Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (“Aspen”) of 10,000,000 Depositary Shares, each representing a 1/1000th interest in a share of 5.625% Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preference Shares, representing $250 million in aggregate liquidation preference.
