KKR to Acquire Envision Healthcare for $9.9 Billion

The Firm is representing KKR in connection with its proposed acquisition of Envision Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: EVHC) in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $9.9 billion, including the assumption or repayment of debt. Upon the closing of the transaction, KKR will acquire all of the outstanding shares of Envision’s common stock for $46 per share in cash. The completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.

Envision is a leading provider of physician-led services and post-acute care, and ambulatory surgery services.
