Krista McManus is Senior Counsel at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP where she is a member of the Real Estate Practice. She advises several of the Firm’s corporate clients with respect to real estate matters involving mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and lendings.
Krista received a B.A., cum laude, from Boston College in 1993 and a J.D., cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law in 1998, where she was Executive Editor of St. John’s Law Review from 1997 to 1998. Krista was a law clerk to the Honorable Joanna Seybert, United States District Judge, Eastern District of New York, from 1999 to 2001. She is admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
