CDPQ to Acquire Ownership Stake in AlixPartners

The Firm is representing Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (“CDPQ”) as part of a consortium to acquire ownership stakes in AlixPartners from CVC Capital Partners. The new ownership structure will include CDPQ, Public Sector Pension Investment Board and Investcorp Group, together with founder and current shareholder Jay Alix. The transaction values AlixPartners at more than $2.5 billion.
