Simpson Thacher is representing KKR in connection with its announced acquisition of a significant minority stake in Arbor Pharmaceuticals (“Arbor”). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Arbor, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, is a specialty pharmaceutical company that markets branded prescription products for the cardiovascular, hospital and pediatric markets as well as generic products through its Wilshire division.
