Simpson Thacher represented Compañía de Petróleos de Chile COPEC S.A. (“Copec”) in connection with a US$500 million five-year syndicated term loan facility.
Copec is a leading fuel distribution company with a network of over 615 service stations throughout Chile and Colombia. Copec also offers products and services for the automobile, power generation, mining, fisheries and transport industries.
