Simpson Thacher represented Pan American Energy, S.L., Argentine Branch (a branch of Pan American Energy, S.L., a Spanish limited liability company) in connection with the offering of US$400 million principal amount of 8.500% Senior Notes due 2032. The offering of the notes was conducted pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.
