The Firm recently represented Raízen in a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of US$1.0 billion in aggregate principal amount of 5.700% Green Notes due 2035 issued by Raízen Fuels Finance S.A - a wholly owned financing subsidiary of Raízen S.A. - and guaranteed by Raízen S.A. and Raízen Energia S.A.
