Alan Klein to Chair the International Bar Association’s Annual M&A Conference, John Finley to Lead Panel
Simpson Thacher corporate partner Alan Klein will Chair the International Bar Association's 9th Annual International Mergers and Acquisitions Conference in New York City on June 16 and 17, 2010, which will have over 250 participants from around the world. Corporate partner John Finley will moderate a panel on which the Honorable William B. Chandler, Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery, and the Honorable Leo E. Strine, Vice-Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery, will address current trends in corporate law. Other speakers and commentators at the Conference include Robert L. Friedman, Senior Managing Director and Chief Legal Officer of The Blackstone Group; Robert Kindler, Vice Chair and Global Head of M&A at Morgan Stanley; William D.
