Rajib Chanda, Head of the Firm’s Registered Funds Practice, will participate in a roundtable discussion at Columbia Law School’s Spring 2025 Program in Law and Economics of Capital Markets on April 25 in New York. Rajib will be featured in a roundtable discussion titled, “Private Markets and Asset Management,” which will explore, among other topics, the potential for expanding access to allow more participants in private markets. The discussion will also highlight regulatory changes needed for registered fund vehicles and BDCs to capitalize fully on providing access to private investments.
