  • TowerBrook Capital Partners on various financing matters, including for its investments in:
    • ACPS Automotive, a German manufacturer of towbars and hitches, alongside Bridgepoint
    • AustroCel Hallein, an Austrian-based producer of bio-energy and pulp
    • Azzurri Group, a leading casual dining restaurant group including ASK Italian, Zizzi and Coco di Mama
  • Preservation Capital Partners, a financial services private equity investor, on its financing matters in respect of portfolio company Hanseatic Broking Center, a German-based insurance broking platform.
