- Advises clients in equity offerings, including IPOs and secondary offerings, such as recent transactions for Bentley Systems, Inc., ZoomInfo Technologies Inc., Shift4 Payments, Inc., First Data Corporation, Gardner Denver Holdings, Inc., TransUnion and PRA Health Sciences, Inc.
- Represents issuers and private equity sponsors in acquisition financing, high yield offerings and bridge financings, including financings for some of the largest leveraged buyouts ever completed, such as KKR’s $33 billion acquisition of HCA and $29 billion acquisition of First Data Corporation.
- Counsels issuers in a variety of other securities matters, including debt restructurings, private placements and investment grade debt offerings, representing companies such as Envision Healthcare Corporation, Community Health Systems, Mars Inc. and Eaton Corporation, among others.
