Based in the Firm’s New York office, he advises leading private equity and infrastructure sponsors, their portfolio companies and other corporate clients across a wide variety of banking and credit matters, including acquisition financings, bank and bridge loan financings, energy and infrastructure financings, liability management exercises and other leveraged and investment grade bank financings. His work spans a range of industries, including infrastructure, media and entertainment, healthcare, real estate and technology and his clients have included KKR, Stonepeak, Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, iHeartMedia, TransUnion, Paramount Global and Hilton Grand Vacations, among others.

Patrick received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Washington University School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. He earned a B.Sc. degree from the University of Missouri. Patrick is admitted to practice in New York.
