She advises private equity sponsors, financial institutions, corporate issuers and leading investment banks in connection with a broad range of transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, registered and 144A high yield and investment grade debt offerings and liability management transactions, as well as general corporate and securities law matters. Hui also has significant experience in acquisition financings and regularly provides securities law advice in connection with mergers and acquisitions. Her diverse practice spans a broad range of industries, from media and technology, healthcare, financial services to oil and gas.
