  • Change Healthcare in its $13.8 billion acquisition by UnitedHealth Group
  • EQT in multiple transactions, including the sales of Direct ChassisLink and Blume Global

  • El Puerto de Liverpool, S.A.B. de C.V., a leading Mexican retailer, in its pending acquisition, together with certain members of the Nordstrom family, of all shares of Nordstrom, Inc. not already owned by the buying group in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $6.25 billion on an enterprise basis
  • Pharmaceutical Product Development in Accelerated Enrollment Solutions’ acquisition of the clinical research site business of Bioclinica
  • Supernova Partners, a SPAC, in its $3 billion business combination with Offerpad, a real estate i-buyer
