  • Goldman Sachs in a multi-loan financing package totaling approximately $2.4 billion to affiliates of PIMCO in connection with its take-private acquisition of Columbia Property Trust
  • KSL Capital and JPMorgan Chase in a $380 million bridge loan financing package secured by a portfolio of citizenM hotel assets
  • Alliance Bernstein in a $330 million construction loan to redevelop San Diego’s Horton Plaza into the Campus at Horton, a mixed-use tech campus
  • The Carlyle Group as lender in a $391 million financing secured by the Edge, an observation deck located at 30 Hudson Yards

  • Goldman Sachs in numerous mortgage and mezzanine real estate financings, including a multi-loan financing package totaling approximately $2.4 billion to affiliates of PIMCO in connection with its take-private acquisition of Columbia Property Trust, $1.05 billion in mortgage and mezzanine loans to refinance the Fontainebleau Miami Beach and an $800 million loan to affiliates of Starwood Capital secured by a portfolio of 134 select service hotels located across the United States
  • Grupo Financiero Inbursa, as lender under a $350 million construction loan as part of a $600 million financing package to construct the Cipriani Miami Residences in Miami, Florida, construction loans totaling more than $300 million for residential and retail projects at the Miami WorldCenter development and $590 million of senior project financing in connection with the construction of a manufacturing facility in Texas
  • KSL Capital and JPMorgan Chase in a $380 million bridge loan financing package secured by a portfolio of citizenM hotel assets
