Ashley has extensive experience structuring co-investment loan programs, which provide opportunities for employees and other professionals to participate in investments, in addition to lines of credit for general partners and investment advisors, which provide liquidity for working capital and funding of capital commitment obligations. Ashley’s practice provides clients with flexible liquidity solutions that are increasingly essential for investment funds to competitively manage their businesses from fundraising through dissolution.

She is actively involved in Women in Fund Finance, an organization focused on the increased engagement and promotion of women leaders within the industry. She also co-authored a chapter for Global Legal Insights’ Fund Finance 2020 titled, “Financing Funds of One: A Borrower’s Field Guide.”
