- Advising in relation to the development of the US Executive Order On Enhancing Safeguards For United States Signals Intelligence Activities and its impact on EU-US data transfers.
- Drafting a global technology company’s response to the UK government’s 2021 consultation on reform of the UK data protection regime.
- Assisting several FTSE and Fortune 100 companies throughout the design and implementation of their GDPR compliance programmes.
- Advising on privacy issues relating to the UK government’s sale of student loan debt.
- Coordinating and advising on a cross-disciplinary, multi-jurisdictional compendium of laws impacting data scraping and web crawling activities for a global technology company developing foundational AI models.
