- Phoenix Services Topco LLC, a provider of steel mill services to leading, global steel producing companies in the U.S. and internationally, in connection with its chapter 11 cases and restructuring efforts in foreign jurisdictions
- CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., one of the largest mall owners in the United States, in connection with its restructuring involving more than $4 billion in debt obligations
- LBI Media, a large Spanish-speaking media company with national and regional broadcasting capability across the United States in television and radio media, in connection with its restructuring efforts and chapter 11 cases.
- Tops Markets, a regional supermarket chain with approximately 14,000 employees and $1 billion in funded debt, in its restructuring efforts and chapter 11 cases

Moshe received his J.D. in 2013 from Columbia Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He received B.S. summa cum laude, in 2009 from Yeshiva University, where he was Harold Nierenberg Memorial Valedictorian. He is admitted to practice in New York.
