Mark Kingstone acts as Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Tax Practice. He is a U.K. and international tax lawyer with more than 30 years of experience, having previously been a tax partner at a Magic Circle firm for 25 years. He has extensive experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and complex financings, as well as fund formation and asset manager advice. Mark also has experience counseling on contentious tax matters in the U.K., including tax authority enquiries and disputes involving FTSE 100 and other multinational companies.

Mark received his Bachelor of Civil Law and his Law Degree from Oxford University. He is admitted in England and Wales.
