Lauren Jenkins is Counsel in the Firm’s Private Funds Practice. Based in Simpson Thacher’s Houston office, she advises private equity sponsors on fund formation, fund structuring, and operations and management of private investment funds across a range of asset classes. She has experience representing clients across various geographies and has particular experience advising on the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive.
