Josh Hazan is Counsel in the Firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Practice. His practice focuses on antitrust litigation and investigations by the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice, and he advises clients in obtaining antitrust approvals for challenging transactions both domestically and internationally. Josh represents clients across a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, financial services, software, hospitals, real estate, aerospace and defense, industrial manufacturing, waste disposal and energy, among others.

He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was elected to Order of the Coif and was a Contributing Editor on the Michigan Law Review. Josh also received his M.P.P. and B.A. from the University of Michigan.
