Notable experience prior to joining Simpson Thacher includes representing:

  • One of the world’s leading tech communications companies in London-seated arbitrations concerning an investment in new blockchain technology and cryptocurrency platforms
  • A venture capital fund in arbitration proceedings under the JAMS rules regarding allegations of breaches of fiduciary in relation to significant portfolio assets
  • a major property investment and development group in obtaining a favourable settlement of an LCIA arbitration concerning the impact of COVID-19 on its sale of a c. €300 million commercial real estate portfolio
