Simpson Thacher attorneys contributed to the 2023 edition of “Lexology Getting The Deal Through: Private Equity,” which explored global private equity M&A and fundraising activity throughout the past year, including macroeconomic and geopolitical developments that impacted the markets, and provided an outlook for 2023. Partner Atif Azher was the contributing editor for the edition and co-authored the “Global Overview” alongside Partners Peter Gilman, Fred de Albuquerque and Jessica O’Connell, and Associates Matthew Walls, Russell Reed and Ondrej Gaiser-Palecek.
