Partners David Vann, Ben Spiers and Mick Tuesley, and Associates James Campisi, Daniella Sinobad, Mark Skerry, Claire DiMario, Jennifer Ho and Samantha Sergent authored an article titled, “Reflective of Broader Global Trends Towards Increased Foreign Direct Investment Scrutiny, Parliament in United Kingdom Introduces Legislation to Modernize National Review Procedures for Transactions.” The article was published by both Deal Lawyers and Columbia Law School’s Blue Sky Blog.
