Titled, “Life After Death: How to Protect Artists’ Post-Mortem Rights,” the piece advocates for implementing a federalized post-mortem right of publicity by juxtaposing how the estates of Tupac Shakur, the Notorious B.I.G., Babe Ruth, Prince, Robin Williams and other deceased celebrities were handled after their deaths.
