Simpson Thacher litigation partner and Chair of the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group Hank Gutman is an Editor-in-Chief of the book “Anatomy of a Patent Case, Second Edition.” The book, published by Bloomberg BNA Books, provides a balanced view of the issues in each phase of a patent case for judges and lawyers. The book is prepared by the Complex Litigation Committee of The American College of Trial Lawyers of which Mr. Gutman is the committee chair, and is distributed by the Federal Judicial Center to all U.S. District Judges.
