Simpson Thacher Represents J.P. Morgan in Connection with the Committed Financing for Columbus McKinnon’s Acquisition of Kito Crosby

Simpson Thacher is representing J.P. Morgan in connection with the committed financing for the acquisition of Kito Crosby Limited (“Kito Crosby”) by Columbus McKinnon Corporation (“Columbus McKinnon”). The transaction is expected to be funded through a combination of committed debt financing of $2.6 billion from J.P. Morgan and $0.8 billion of perpetual convertible preferred equity investment from CD&R.
