Ron Ben-Yehuda is Counsel in Simpson Thacher’s Los Angeles office. Ron has more than 30 years of experience advising clients on a wide variety of intellectual property transactional matters, including domestic and international licensing, development, services, marketing and distribution transactions, as well as joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Simpson Thacher, Ron was General Counsel of two technology companies.
In 2021, Ron was recognized as a “Client Service All-Star” by BTI, where clients nominated him and noted he “clearly identifies the issues that most [a]ffect us.”
Ron received his J.D. from Stanford University, with Distinction, and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Yale University.
