Morgan Securities LLC, among others, in connection with the registered public offering by Oracle Corporation (“Oracle”) of $500 million aggregate principal amount Floating Rate Senior Notes due 2028, $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.800% Senior Notes due 2028, $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.250% Senior Notes due 2032, $1.75 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.500% Senior Notes due 2035, $1.75 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.000% Senior Notes due 2055 and $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.125% Senior Notes due 2065.
The net proceeds of the offering are intended to be used by Oracle to repay existing indebtedness.
