Simpson Thacher is representing Citrin Cooperman Advisors LLC (“Citrin Cooperman”) and New Mountain Capital LLC (“New Mountain”) in connection with a significant investment from private equity funds managed by Blackstone (“Blackstone”). As part of the transaction, Blackstone is acquiring its stake in Citrin Cooperman from New Mountain.
