On October 17, 2024, Co-Head of Fund Finance and Fund Finance Partner Julia Kohen and Fund Finance Partner Ashley Belton Gold spoke on “Advanced Issues in Subscription Facilities” at Fund Finance University 2.0 in New York. Hosted by the Fund Finance Association, FFU 2.0 is an educational program designed for mid-level bankers and lawyers. Alongside Terry Hatton, Managing Director and Head of the Fund Finance Group for MUFG in New York, Julia Kohen and Ashley Belton Gold presented on a number of topics related to subscription facilities, including term loans and tranching of debt, expansion of the lender base, rating agencies and borrowing base issues.
