(acting through its Cayman Islands Branch) as dealers in connection with the offering by Banco BTG Pactual S.A., acting through its Cayman Islands branch (“BTG Pactual”), of US$500 million 5.750% Senior Notes due 2030 (the “Bonds”). The Bonds were issued under BTG Pactual’s MTN Programme, in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S.
BTG Pactual is one of the leading players in Latin America’s financial services industry, with origin and headquarters in Brazil. The proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
