Simpson Thacher is representing Brembo N.V. in connection with its acquisition of Öhlins Racing, a leading manufacturer of premium suspension technology, from Tenneco Inc. for $405 million in cash, on a cash free / debt free basis, subject to customary price adjustment mechanisms. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in early 2025.
