Morgan Securities LLC, among others, in connection with the registered public offering by Oracle Corporation (“Oracle”) of $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.200% Senior Notes due 2029, $1.75 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.700% Senior Notes due 2034, $1.75 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.375% Senior Notes due 2054 and $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.550% Senior Notes due 2064.
The net proceeds of the offering are intended to be used by Oracle to repay existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
