Sam Rudik was profiled in Law360 as a “Rising Star” in Real Estate for 2024. Sam was recognized for his work guiding several high-profile real estate transactions in recent years, including multiple major development deals and acquisitions involving data centers. Among other highlights, the publication noted Sam’s role advising Blackstone in its $7 billion hyperscale data center joint venture with Digital Realty, as well as its $10 billion acquisition and financing of QTS Realty Trust.
