Simpson Thacher represented the initial purchasers in connection with the debut offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 7.625% senior notes due 2029 by Kraken Oil & Gas Partners LLC (“Kraken”).
Kraken is a privately held, independent oil and natural gas company focused on oil-weighted exploration, development and production opportunities in the Williston Basin of North Dakota and Montana.
