Brian Rosenzweig is a Partner in the Capital Markets Practice and a member of the Firm’s Alternative Capital and Private Credit Team. Brian has a wide ranging practice advising clients on complex financing transactions, including secured and unsecured debt, equity, and hybrid capital products. Brian has extensive experience representing financing sources, including financial institutions and private capital providers, as well as corporates and private equity sponsors. His transactional experience spans leveraged finance, acquisition finance, IPOs and other equity offerings, spinoffs and liability management transactions. Brian also provides advice on corporate governance and general securities law matters.
